Property Description

Established four-house poultry farm situated on approximately 14 acres at 426 Ball Road in Cleveland, Tennessee. Offering approximately 89,700 square feet of total poultry-house space, this Bradley County operation combines three retrofitted houses with a larger house constructed in 2019. The property has received numerous equipment, electrical, ventilation, water-system, and infrastructure improvements designed to support continued agricultural use. Poultry House No. 1 is a 40-by-500-foot retrofitted house dating to 1991. It is equipped with tunnel curtains, Chore-Time feed pans, Chore-Time heaters, and agricultural lighting. Poultry Houses Nos. 2 and 3 are each 40 by 500 feet and date to 1988 with later retrofitting. House No. 2 features Chore-Time feed pans and heaters, agricultural lighting, and Chore-Time tunnel doors installed last year. House No. 3 includes tunnel curtains, Chore-Time feed pans and heaters, and agricultural LED screw-in lighting. The newest and largest building, Poultry House No. 4, was constructed in 2019 and measures approximately 55 by 540 feet. It features tunnel doors, Valco fans, feed pans and water lines, Space-Ray heaters, and agricultural lighting. Ventilation improvements include newer 36-inch Acme fans installed in Houses 1-3 approximately two years ago, along with 11 to 12 Acme 48-inch fans per house. House 4 is equipped with fourteen 52-inch fans, one 48-inch fan, and three 36-inch fans. Cool-cell pumps have also been replaced within approximately the past two year. Additional improvements include new backflow preventers, auger lines replaced when the feed bins serving Houses 1-2 and 3-4 were installed or relocated approximately four years ago, and all breakers in the electrical panels for Houses 1-3 replaced approximately five years ago. Schedule a private tour to explore the operation and its full potential. Currently on contract with Pilgrams out of Elijah with highest pay they offer for these poultry houses.
